Damage Waiver Fee (non refundable) - covers minor damage and repairs like bent wheels, broken spokes, broken brake levers, ripped saddles & slashed tires. You must purchase prior to riding.

Please remember, regardless of whether you purchase damage waiver protection or not, YOU are ultimately responsible for the e-Bike you rent.

The Damage Waiver Protection does NOT cover theft of the e-Bike while in your possession or if you do not return the e-Bike. It also does NOT cover structural damage/cracks to frames, theft or loss of any equipment, damages caused by fire or underwater submersion, deliberate destruction, abuse or vandalism by the renter or other parties.

Bike theft in every community is a real and there are costs to everyone! This is particularly true for small start up businesses like ours. Please keep your bike in sight at all times. As a suggestion, consider having a member of your riding party stay with the bikes at stops and rotate this responsibility so that everyone can enjoy the fun while keeping bikes and people safe!
